4.1. Free Service: PleaseRoast offers a free "roast" analysis of Instagram profiles based on submitted usernames.
4.2. Premium Service: We offer a full analysis and additional features for a fee, processed through Stripe payments.
5.1. You may use our service to submit Instagram usernames for analysis.
5.2. You agree not to submit usernames without the consent of the profile owner.
5.3. You understand that the AI-generated analysis, both free and paid, is for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice or an accurate representation of an individual's personality.
6.1. All payments for the premium service are processed through Stripe.
6.2. By making a payment, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
6.3. You agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, to complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Due to the nature of digital content delivery, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued unless required by law.
8.1. All content on PleaseRoast, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MESES IMAGINÁRIOS - LDA and is protected by copyright laws.
8.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material from our website without our express written consent.
9.1. By submitting Instagram usernames, you grant us the right to collect and analyze the associated public profile information.
9.2. You are solely responsible for any usernames you submit and the consequences of our analysis of the associated profiles.
10.1. PleaseRoast provides its service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any analysis generated by our AI.
10.2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service.
Your use of PleaseRoast is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
